Right Wing Landing Light.... - 4.0 hrs

Today I finished up the landing light installation. I continued first with dressing up the edges with a flapper sanding wheel. Once the hole was clean and perfect I mounted the nutplates for the light on the outside and inside ribs. The inside was a bit tricky. Could not even remember having the issue on the other wing but.....

Next I put the light together and mounted inside the wing. Still amazed at how it appears it won't fit but it does. Had to take another shot of it going in. The pics did not transfer in the correct order but you get the drill.

Next I trimmed up the lens to fit and fabbed up the mounting strips. This completes the wings and they are ready to head to the hangar and mount.
