Panel Paint.... - 3.0 hrs

Primed the pilot side panel and radio stack fillers. Next I cut a hole for the EXP2Bus indicator panel, trim switch and 12 volt access point. Also drilled matching holes on left and right corners for the parking brake and heating cables.

In viewing the VAF site on Saturday morning I saw a guy with the paint look I have been looking for. A semi gloss black wrinkle finish that would minimize glare off the panel. I had seen a few in the past. It also appears pretty durable. I emailed Richard Fazio and he told me I could get it at PepBoys. I picked some up and gave it a test shot on a scrap of aluminum that was primed and had one coat of Rustoleum Semi black. Came out nice so I went with it. I think its going to look nice.
