Fuselage September 2006 Updates September 7, 2006 Flap motor assembly and G Weldment sealing.... - 2.0 hrs Had some old proseal about to expire so I pulled it out of the fridge last night to get room temp. Nasty stuff. I have a pnuematic proseal gun that really helps that I bought on Ebay last year. After mixing up I shot a bead around each weldment and the brake fittings to seal up any leaks from under the fuselage. Match drilled the rear flap channel with the side panels then removed and installed nut plates. This website was built to document my work in compliance with the FAA requirements needed to certify my aircraft.
