Baggage Area and Flap Motor.... - 3.0 hrs

Today I wanted to get the rightside baggage area and floors in. First I popriveted the right baggage area floors in along with the side panel. Next was the forward seat pan and then I put the forward and front panels in to see how it looked and to take some pictures.

Next I installed nutplates on the front flap motor channel. After I installed it to the floor at the bottom and the top of the 705 bulkhead. I actually fabricated all of the pieces and riveted most of this together so the entire flap motor and flap control assembly is just falling into place. Last I installed the rear flap channel and then the right flap motor side cover. The holes on the rear channel are not drilled yet. Another one of those Vans 51% deals I guess. Tomorrow I will remove the left seat back and install the left side cover and drill the back holes and install the nut plates.

Last I installed the forward tunnel to see how the finished flooring will look. Very nice.
