Baggage area parts & Leftside Canopy Decks.... - 7.0 hrs

Big progress today. Started out by completing the 5 bolts and 2 screws following the same process as yesterday on the leftside. Only thing left on the weldments are one bolt on each side at the bottom. The gap is over 1/16th so the plans say to make washers out of some aluminum stock.

Next I marked and cut the 749 baggage area covers that cover the flap rods. Primed and final painted these parts and the other side panels and baggage floor panels. With the floor panels removed I riveted the bottom floor ribs to the 706 bulkhead.

Last I riveted the leftside canopy decks. There were 3 areas that there is no way to buck. I decided to quit screwing around trying to figure some way out and enlarged to #30 and then countersunk for pop rivets.
