Gear Weldments & Flap Motor Enclosure.... - 3.0 hrs

Competed reaming out the main gear holes and weldments. Thanks again to Jeff for the reamer. Jeff should be a daddy by this weekend or very soon!

Completed priming and painting flap motor channels and various parts. Also started drilling the bolt holes and screw holes thru the fuselage forward area. I used the #40 holes as pilot holes and enlarged to #30 then final to 3/16. Each side gets 5 AN3-6A bolts. Then 2 screws that get counter sunk in front of those. You can only get one from the inside then you have to measure 1 inch forward of that hole. Per Jeff's site I used the other rivet lines to square off of.
