Longerons - 2 hrs

Back to the longerons. It was such a nice day I setup the Black and Decker Workmate out by the pool. Set the plastic grippers in position to hold new vise in position. I taped up the jaws with duct tape and started the bending process on the right longeron.

Same as before. Hold downward pressure and wack it with the mallet. Move it half inch and do it again. Then I noticed I went to far. Spent alot of time taking some of the bend back out. This is a nerve racking process. I will just keep at it till its right and then drill the aft decks into place. These will help keep the curve in the correct position. It has to be close though. You don't want the stress of the rivets holding the bend in place.
