Aft Fuselage - 3 hrs

Taking a break from the longerons today since I have my #1 helper here. Finally got back to riveting the aft fuselage. Now that it is flipped over upside down on the stand I can only work on this with a helper. Kim helped me rivet the entire bottom and it came out great.

Then we started on the sides and bulkheads. This is where we started having problems. I emailed Dr. Dan to see what I might be doing wrong. My thought was the sides seem to be moving and this allows it to vibrate enough to let the head back out just enough to have to be redone.

Seems like it may be a combination of me bucking back to hard and her pushing to hard on the gun side. I am going to try few things to stiffen up the sidewalls and give it another try.
