Fuel Vent Bulkhead Fittings.... - 1 hrs

Started out by wraping the bulkheads with ducktape. Chucked them up in the drillpress and used a file to remove the threads. Next I used a smoother file to clean it up the surface and then finished with 120 grit paper.

Last I got them really smooth with a scotchbrite pad. Then cut the 45 angle per the plans. The last pic shows the bulkhead installed in the floor just behind the firewall. Next I will run the tubing from these vents to the side 45 degree fittings that exit the fuse side to the wing tanks. These supply positive pressure to the tanks during flight.
