Rear Elevator Pushrod - 2 hrs

Still need help riveting the aft tail section. Guess I will work on the rear elevator pushrod.

First I used a tubing cutter to cut off 2.5 inches to make the final tube length 81.5 inches. Filed and scotchbrighted the inside to allow the endcap to insert smoothly.

Next I used a piece of paper and marked it the circumference of the tube. I used a rivet fan to space the rivets evenly around the tube.

Last I used the drill press and #30 bit to drill the 8 holes in each end for the MSP-42 rivets. Ready to prime and rivet.
