Fuselage May 2007 Updates May 29, 2007 HS and Rudder pedals - 3 hr After work I went to the storage place to pic up the HS and Elevators to move to the hangar. I removed the blue plastic and clamped the HS in place on the back of the fuselage. I forgot the dang camera. Guess I can take some pics tomorrow. Now that the rudder pedals are painted black I used the new bolts I bought and installed the brake pedals. I didn't want the slop that having 2 bolts on each pedal was providing so I upgraded to one long bolt for each pedal. After installing the castle nuts I installed the cotter pins. This website was built to document my work in compliance with the FAA requirements needed to certify my aircraft.
