Fuselage May 2006 Updates May 29, 2006 Rivet Prep Time..... - 5.0 hrs Lots of miscellaneous stuff today. Started on cutting the 757 gussets per the sliding fuse spec. Counter sunk some hard to reach holes on the 705 bulkhead. Deburred and dimpled the forward bottom skin. Before peeling the blue plastic I decided to go ahead and cut the 2 large holes for the main gear weldments since I had traced the template onto the plastic and if I removed it I would have to start all over. I will enlarge the holes by 3/16 once it is clecoed back in place before riveting. This website was built to document my work in compliance with the FAA requirements needed to certify my aircraft.
