Flex Fuel Lines - 1 hr

Trying to get the stuff done in the front before I put the rudder pedals back in and the panel area. I removed the small right side bracket and enlarged the hole to allow a size 10 snap bushing for the 5/8 flex hose. Then drilled a larger hole in the bottom of the larger bracket which you cannot remove since it is riveted to the 704 bulkhead. These are much easier then trying to bend that tubing crap. I used it up and ordered more and the screwed that up. This worked first time.

Next I cut a clean end on the hose and added the new fitting and installed. Fits great so I marked the other end to cut to length. I ordered some new 5/8 rubber grommets to install in the fuse sidewall. Others have enlarged the existing grommets but I cant seem to find anything that will work on the rubber correctly.
