Fuselage May 2006 Updates May 3, 2006 Forward Fuselage Structure..... - 2.0 hrs Decided to not do the tank bracket yet. So I moved on to dimpleing and countersinking. There is going to be alot of this now. I started with the forward floor stiffeners. First I counter sunk using the drill press. Then I primed them. I think this will be the best process to keep track of everything since there are going to be so many parts. There is alot of angle here that needs countersinking and lots of holes in the side and bottom skins that need dimpleing. This website was built to document my work in compliance with the FAA requirements needed to certify my aircraft.
