Fuselage May 2006 Updates May 1, 2006 Forward Fuselage Structure..... - 1.0 hrs Fabricated the 684 gusset I screwed up. I copied the good one onto the new piece and predrilled the radius corners. Then I made the cuts on the bandsaw. Cleaned up the edges on the scotchbrite wheel and clamped in place. Last I drilled the top holes and then the side holes to the edge of the firewall. Clecoed in place. This website was built to document my work in compliance with the FAA requirements needed to certify my aircraft.
