F-705 Bulkhead

Got home today and FedEx had showed up with my Vans order of the aluminum tube for the spacers for the 704 Bulkhead. So I got back to building and cut 2 spacers at 1 and 7/16 each.

Next I wanted to get the 705 bulkhead completed so I can get to priming and get it riveted together. The sooner I get these bulkheads finished the sooner I can start putting something together that will start to look like a plane.

Clecoed everything together and final drilled all holes. Used the unibit to drill the snapbushing holes.

Now its really time to deburr prime and rivet this piece.
