Fuselage March 2005 Updates March 24, 2005 F-704 Bulkhead Fabricated flap control brackets and test fit flap control mechanism. This is mainly drilling holes and cleaning up the rough edges. Moved onto forward bulkhead. Riveted side braces in place. Riveted the forward panel braces in place. Notice the nice snap bushings to keep the wire from chaffing. Clecoed forward and aft bulkheads together with side panels. It says to not rivet at this point as the side skins get connected to this structure. This completes the center bulkhead. This part is pretty heavy. Time to move onto the F-705 bulkhead. This website was built to document my work in compliance with the FAA requirements needed to certify my aircraft.
