704 Bulkhead

Looks like Dave is off the hook. I drilled out JB Weld holes and re-riveted. Came out pretty good.

Moving onto the 704 bulkhead. I cut out the 2 web stiffener braces from 3/4 inch angle. I clamped the angle in place on the front 704A piece and match drilled. Next I removed and deburred in preperation for drilling the nutplace holes.

Clecoed the nutplates into the center hole and drilled #40 holes for flush rivets. Deburred and countersunk. Ready for rivets.
