Aft Fuselage - 6 hrs

Thanks to one of my flying buddies, Jon Baker! He came over this weekend and we completed the aft fuselage to the next level. Jon built a 6A several years ago. We flew to Oshkosh last year and are planning on Sun-n-Fun this year. This was a landmark stage because the longerons are bent and the center section is complete so now I can join the 2 sections.

We actually did most if it using the backrivet technique and it came out great.

Again this was great timing because I was moving around doing many of the smaller tasks out of sequence because I was not able to reach anymore by myself.

Now is time to reorg the garage and reposition the saw horses to put the longerons down attach the center to the aft and mount the sideskins. BIG FUN!.
