Forward Fuse & Panel.... - 5.0 hrs

Today I wanted to the panel completed which after looking at the instructions for the Affordable Panel XL was going to take longer than I thought. there is alot of nut plates and I still have to fab the pieces that hold it in place.

First it called for drilling out the panel holes to #19. These holes just hold the 3 panel pieces to the frame. Next I had to install the forward fuse ribs again. I should be getting the EFIS in next week so I will just leave this in place to see if I need to cut the left side ribs to get clearance for the screen.

I didn't have time to make the bottom stiffener so I removed the elevators and reclamped the horizontal stabilizer using the new clamps I picked up from Sears. This should be ready measure and drill now.
