Deburring & Dimpling..... - 3.0 hrs

Now that the fuse is all torn apart I deburred all holes in the aft fuse section at the 705 bulkhead intersection. There are 2 rows of holes. One line of holes were predrilled by Vans and the other row gets match drilled by the side and bottom skins. Once these were deburred I used the pnumatic squeezer to dimple.

Next I moved on to countersinking the longerons. Not difficult but kind of boring. At about half way thru one side I had to stop. Way too freakin hot. Didn't drink enough water!
