Fuselage June 2006 Updates June 07, 2006 Rudder Pedals..... - 1.0 hrs Dan's site came in handy again. I followed his process to drill three positions for the rudder pedal blocks on the 719 front longeron. I used the same measurements and marked the positions and then used clamps to hold down the block and drilled the holes using the predrilled holes in the blocks in the 3 measured positions. 3 and 1/16, 4 and 1/8 and 5 and 3/16. Next I cut out a space for the firewall recess in the center pedal bracket. First I drilled a #12 hole and then used the band saw to cut up to the hole. The weekends almost here. Hopefully I can get the longerons done and get this thing back together. This website was built to document my work in compliance with the FAA requirements needed to certify my aircraft.
