Avionics Trays... - 2.0 hrs

Why is it I plan on working on one thing and then change to another. Tonight I was going to run the wire thru the snap bushings down the right side of the fuselage back to the magnatometer. I broght the avonics down to see how well the fit in the trays. Once that was done I ended up working on the trays more.

First I fabbed up the side braces to hold the trays in line. Once that was done I drilled them to line up with the mid holes and screwed them in place with 6-32 screws and bolts. I test fit each piece one more time to make sure the screw heads would clear. Then I clamped in place.

Once this was done I could see where I needed to mount a rear piece of 3/4 angle in the hole I cut in the subpanel to give the SL-40 strength. I will measure one more time before I final drive for rivets.
