Gussets and Forward Canopy Decks.... - 2.0 hrs

Check out my new throttle quadrant from Spruce. Its official. Committed to constant speed now.

First I wanted to see how the rudder pedals fit since I put these togeter way back when and drilled per the Dan C specs. I liked the way they felt when he let me fly his plane. But hey whats not to like about that beast of a plane. The block on the right side was pressing up against the skin and would not let the bolts drop in place. I definately want these bolts tight so I ended up filing off the outside edge of the block to make it fit. Like a glove now. Gotta figure out aobut this top brace now.

Match drilled the forward canopy decks. Counter sunk the longeron like for the canopy decks. Dimpled the decks and reinstalled.
