Firewall Contactors.... - 3.0 hrs

Jumping around a bit again. I noticed I had to put a doubler on the firewall for the contactors. I had drilled the 2 outside holes for both contactors so I used those to hold them in place and then marked and drilled the holes for the doubler.

Next I used the bucking block and rivet gun with the dimple dies to make the dimples in the firewall. Once the doubler was riveted in place I used bolts to hold the nut plate in place while drilling the holes for the rivets. Then I backriveted the nutplates. Last I bolted the contactors in place.

Last I riveted all along the longeron from the F9 bulkhead back.

The more I look everything over I think putting that bottom forward skin on is going to work out great. I cannot see where there will be any problems yet. As I have had to get underneath there to work on stuff I keep looking at all the places to rivet and seems like it should work out fine.
