Rudder Pedals - 2 hrs

The more I looked at the weld it seems like the powdercoat is going to rub against the washers and brake pedal angle anyway so I got out the grinding bit and went to work. Didn't take as much as I thought and looks like the integrity is still good. I mounted up the pedal to the assembly and everything works great.

Still going to order the passenger side brake kit this week. Just in case Gary has the NADS to give it a try! :0)

Just to get this part finished up I drilled the lighting holes in the rudder assembly brace and drilled the bolt holes in the bushing blocks.

When the passenger kit comes in all I will have to do is put the pedals together and paint and they will be ready to mount to the rest of the assembly.
