Rudder Pedals - 3 hrs

First I fabed up the angles for the sides of the pedals. I used the good old Dremel tool for deburring the holes in the pedals using a sanding drum. This worked very fast.

I back drilled the angles using the rivet holes in the pedals. Deburred the holes and cut the angles per plan sheet.

This thick aluminum required alot of fileing and sanding to get smooth. Ready to mount the side plates and prime for riveting.
