SL-30 & Fuel Pump.... - 2.0 hrs

I called the Halo guy several times and all I got was a recording saying he was out. I talked Derek into going to the hanger with me on Sunday for a bit and he rode his Ripstick while I tested the pilot side connections again. The volume is just not as loud as the co-pilot side connections.

Tonight I messed with that for a while. I ended up removing both connections and removing the heat shrink to see if there is a loose wire and to reconfirm the proper connections. While squeezing the wires at the shield it cracked and worked for a bit so I guess I need to cut the wires back and redo them.

I will do that this weekend so next I started on trying to make another fuel line running from the pump to the firewall. I finally got it but things are so tight that I have several areas where things are touching. I am so close I can taste it but then these things just cannot touch with the vibrations that occur. It would just be a matter of time before a leak sprung in the cabin.
