Passenger Side Rudder Pedals - 2 hrs

First I fabed up the angles for the sides of the pedals just like the first time. Again the Dremel tool worked perfect for deburring the holes in the pedals using a sanding drum.

I back drilled the angles using the rivet holes in the pedals. Deburred the holes and cut the angles per plan sheet.

As with everything else on the plane you get better and faster the second time around. This time is going about a third faster.
