Throttle Quad.... - 2.0 hrs

Wow what a beautiful day. 65 degrees and not a cloud within 500 miles. Wish I could go flying.

Anyway back to reality. Started putting the quad back together. Everything looked great. Had to use the dremel again to grind out some more on the clevis ends.

Now I see why Dave P drilled the rear mount for the cables closer together on the 2 outside holes. Looks like I will have to remake that bracket tomorrow. You can see from the top view how the 2 outside cables angle in from the side. The travel is smooth but there is some slight rubbing against the side frames of the quadrant.

Also going to have to drill a different hole in the throttle lever. Other than that it is coming out great.
