Fuselage December 2006 Updates December 18, 2006 Controls installation.... - 2 hrs Started this past weekend on attempting to install the cross control, sticks and bell crank pushrod. I temp bolted the cross control in place and noticed I needed to take out a bit more of the outboard seat ribs for clearance. The cross control was touching in the forward most stick position. I used and sanding drum to complete that. Between holiday interuptions and having to take advantage of the warm weekend to complete the last bit of painting at the hanger this process bled over into this week. I need to do a shop cleanup and reorganize some new parts that are in. Starting to get hard to remember where I put stuff and really slowing me down on some simple tasks. This website was built to document my work in compliance with the FAA requirements needed to certify my aircraft.
