I marked a line on the fuse with the existing rivets in the bagage bulkhead and marked then drilled the step plate according. I started with #40 pilot holes then final drilled to 30. With the step clecoed in place I drilled the delrin block to the baggage floor rib. This really is where the step gets its stiffness.
