Center & Aft Sections - 4.5 hrs

Modified the other 2 floor ribs. I used a 1.5 inch hole saw in the tooling hole to cut out the upper part of the web. Then I use the hand snips to cut our the rest. Clecoed on the The seat rib access plates. Unibitted the tooling hole out to 5/8 for the snap bushings. Gotta make room for the wires ya know.

Fabricated the spacers and clecoed in position on the rear of the floor ribs. Moved on to the baggage area floor ribs. Clecoed these in position on the rear of the 705 bulkhead.

Next I put the bottom center section skin in position and started to cleco to the ribs and bulkheads. This all lined up pretty well.

Stopped at Lowes today and picked up some Stanley FatMax saw horses. These are really cool because the legs raise up independently to a height of 39 inches. Better for older builders...... Time to start putting something together that looks like an airplane. I layed out the aft bottom skin on top of the sawhorses and clecoed the 708, 707, and 706 bulkheads. Finally something that looks COOL!
