Fuselage April 2006 Updates April 12, 2006 Forward Fuselage Structure - 1 hrs More fabricating. Marked up the F-684 gussets for trimming. I used the #40 drills to get the radius for the cuts of the funny little cutout area and then bandsawed it. Is that a technical term? This .063 is thick stuff to be bending but I think I got the first one done. Then Jeff stated pinging me and showing me his new fiberglass plenum..... this thing rocks.
