F-705 Bulkhead - 2.0 hrs

I was out of town this weekend so building was very limited. Got to see the Blue Angels however so that was cool. When I got home my Van's order had shown up with the piece I screwed up so it was time to get after it.

I match drilled all the holes on the top channel piece using the seat back pieces. Deburred and primed so I can be ready for riveting tomorrow. I almost had a Rick Petco accident "American Chopper" with the pneumatic drill. Good thing I had my gloves on or it could of been really bad. The picture shows the hole but as the glove twisted up on the bit I thought it was worse. Anyway it got my attention and reminded me how quickly you can really screw up and get hurt if your not careful.

Rivets tomorrow!
