Forward Fuselage Structure - 3 hrs

Well today was pretty much a bust. I wanted to get in 2 good full days on the plane this weekend but I only got in 3 hours today. I got sick yesterday and I just couldn't hang. I went out to the shop several times but didn't get much done. Kim made me some good chicken soup that really helped alot. Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day.

Anyway turns out I misread the plans on the 713 longeron clips. I went ahead and remade those with no problems. Next I took them landing gear template you use to mark the forward bottom skin and scanned it and rotated for the other side. Then I marked gridlines on the rivet lines and the template to match up. I cutout the gear hole in the template and matched up the gridlines and then drew the hole position.

Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day and I can get some stuff done. I will start by removing the bottom skin to get room to install the different side longerons and then before I put the bottom skin back on to install the bottom longerons I will cut those holes I marked today.
