Front Wheel Fairing...... - 8.0 hrs

This is a weekend update. Did a little flying both days. After started back to some building and maintenance. Starting fitting the nose gear fairing and cowl fairing. Lots of trimming and fitting.

Next I removed the cowl and enlarged the slot to make it easier to remove the cowl after its painted. Started fitting the new nose gear fairing. Hard to get this right since its an odd shape but kept at it until it looked straight.

The nose cap is going to take some work to get clearance while turning. Then I had to stop and take a hop out west. Flew to Navasota, Giddings, Eagle Lake and back. Got a shot of the house going over on the way out and got shots of some airports as I flew over.

Crossed the magic 25 hour mark of Phase I. More slow flight and climb testing.
