EFII Fuel Pump Enclosure ..... - 4.0 hrs

Today I took everything apart one last time on the base. Cleaned up all the markings and riveted the stiffeners in place.

Next I installed the nutplates in the base to allow the enclosure to be screwed in place. Riveted a stiffener to the cable pass thru. Then it was time for paint.

First I primed it and then the brown hammerfinish to match the interior. Then it was time to dry in the sun a few hours. As you can see the center channel enclosure is actually 2 pieces. I used the original piece cut down to provide a piece to screw to the valve box area. This will allow for easy access to change the filter at annual.
