More Windscreen Work...... - 4.0 hrs

Got to the hangar today and started sanding the front fairing. There is a pretty big front edge that I started to take down with a sanding disk on the die grinder.

Then Jim stopped by to help me with the rear fairing so I stopped and changed gears. I needed one person inside backdrilling up thru the fairing and I would cleco as I went starting in the top and working out. Since this was not built on this fuse it didn't work as planned. After several attempts came up with a new plan.

We split the fairing down the middle and then installed it in place. I will just rebuild the middle dog house area and this should work. I will move back to the front fairing tomorrow until I finalize the plan.

Thanks for the help Jim!
