Right Wing Bolts and Torque Tube Install ..... - 4.0 hrs

Finally got those last 2 pesky wing bolts in and torqued down. Now I was able to install the right torque tube and rig up the ailerons. I did the same as yesterday by connecting up the bellcrank and then unscrewing each jam nut and lengthing the rod by moving the rod bearings equally out to keep them even. I did this until I got one side done and the sticks were centered.

Next I clamped the leftside to the wingtip with the stick centered and then moved to the right side. I repeated the process until both sides matched. I also changed out the bolt on the autopilot servo as the one holding the new trutrack AD clip was not quite long enough.

Now the stick and ailerons are rigged and move freely from stop to stop. Now I need to install the trim springs and trim knob.
