More Wheel Pants.... - 4.0 hrs

Today was a great day. John Bixby picked me up for the Wings and Wheels flyin at Hobby Airport. This is a fund raiser for the Airport Tower Museum. Perfect day. I got to work on the plane and then went to the flyin. Then back to the hangar for some more work on the plane. Checkout the pics of that 57 Chevy in the front of the tower museum.

First I fixed the leg fairings by triming more off the the ends to fit the brake lines better. Then I reinstalled them. Next I refit the wheel pants to check for tire spacing around the opening.

I marked them and trimmed them up more with the dremmel and a cutting wheel.

Last I mixed up a batch of epoxy and reinstalled the top cowl for fit. Then I drilled holes to cleco the inlets in place.
