Engine Update October 2008 Updates October 05, 2008 Canopy Frame Paint.... - 4.0 hrs No hangar time all weekend. Been sick from the ragweed. Just layed around most of the weekend. I did get the canopy frame painted. I brought it home last week from the hangar so I got it painted black to match the windscreen rollbar. Painted the inside trim parts as well. Installed the Koger shade rail to the center canopy frame. This is a pretty good kit. Even comes with the drill bit and tap for the screws that hold the rail in place. Should be able to get the canopy riveted in before this weekend. The fairing should arrive by then as well. This website was built to document my work in compliance with the FAA requirements needed to certify my aircraft.
