Fuselage May 2008 Updates May 10, 2008 Throttle and Mixture Bellcrank.... - 5.0 hrs Today I worked on the mixture bellcrank. I got it all together and Jon stopped by. We removed the throttle bracket so I could repaint with heat resistant black paint. When trying to install the mixture bellcrank the new sump has a plug which blocks the area. We tried mounting it up above the area where the sump edge and engine flange meet. The throw is just too far to work properly. What a disappointing day. Worked on this all day and litterally got no where. BUMMER! This website was built to document my work in compliance with the FAA requirements needed to certify my aircraft.
