Baffle and Cowl Work.... - 2.0 hrs

Got to the hangar after work and test fit the top cowl. I removed the FAB. The front baffle area still needs to be trimmed about an inch. First I marked the outside edges and removed and trimmed. Fit the top cowl again and now it fit much closer.

Next I marked the right and left front cylinder baffles and removed and trimmed. Now with these pieces off the front fit in place and now I could measure the rear baffle walls. These are too high in the center but the amount tapers to the sides. I marked and removed these.

Now with all of the baffle pieces removed I could get the top cowl back in place and clecoed along the rear. Next I installed the lower cowl and used a bungee to hold in place.
