Engine Update June 2009 Updates June 20, 2009 Fab Work.... - 4.0 hrs Today I remounted the FAB to the engine. I made up the parts to hold the airfilter in the left intake floor. I need to get this trimmed up enough to allow the bottom cowl to be installed again for fit checking. After that I removed the floor and bent the front edge over at a 90 degree for stiffness. Next I fabbed up a bracket to mount along the front edge of the FAB box. This website was built to document my work in compliance with the FAA requirements needed to certify my aircraft.
