Happy Flag Day!.... - 4.0 hrs

Wow.... glad to be back at working on the plane. Too many things happening the last few weeks to get anything done.

I wanted to get this prop spinner plate done before I move on to the canopy. I had to replace my drill press so I went with the Delta. It took me about 45 minutes to put it together and setup. Once that was done I started drilling holes with a unibit along the outline I wanted to cut out.

Once the holes were done I used a cutoff disk on the dremel tool to cut in between the holes. With the center cutout done I used several files and sanding drums to clean up the edges. I test fit to the prop for clearance along the way.

It was getting plenty hot so I took the parts, primer and rivet tools to the house to complete. Looks great.
