Canopy Frame Work.... - 2.0 hrs

Today I removed the canopy frame to work on the rear slider frame hold down blocks. I used the belt sander and grinder to shape and round off the corners.

Next I primed and painted them black to match the rails and canopy frame.

I picked up a couple of pins like Jon suggested for keeping the canopy from sliding back to the removal area I cut in the track rail. I drilled quarter inch holes for these and installed. One thing I will have to check is how will these pins be removed when you the inside frame pieces are installed.

Last I bolted down the painted blocks for good and tried out the frame. Had to redrill the insertion points again as it is too tight.
