More Sideskirt Drilling.... - 5.0 hrs

First I drilled the sideskirts thru the glass with a #40 drill bit. I removed the sideskirts and enlarged the holes in the canopy to 5/32.

Next I enlarged the sideskin holes to #30. Removed the skinskins and the piece that sits behind the skirts and counter sinked those and then dimpled the skinskirts.

While the skirts were off I used a scothbrite bad to clean them up and prepped to prime and paint. The back of the skirts will be painted black to match the canopy frame.

Next I fit the fiberglass aft skirts for fitting. Still not sure how this is going to work yet.
