Baffle Time.... - 1.0 hrs

I received the new alternator bracket from Van's yesterday. I measured and marked it for slotting. Tomorrow I will take it to a machine shop over by the office to have them do the slots.

Opened up the baffling box. Wow.... lots of parts.

I used clecos to hold the larger pieces in place on the ending to get an idea how things are going to fit. There are a bunch of small pieces for beefing up the structure. I can see lots of deburring with this part of the project.

Like I said yesterday, I have to get the cowl in place before I put the baffle kit on for good but I can start it until I do the cowl.

I am using cam locks on the cowling so I need to layout the cowl fastener strips next.
