Installed Throttle Quad and EFIS.... - 9.0 hrs

Another repeat day like yesterday. Clear and cool and a gazallion. Started the day removing the pilot side panel. Installed the throttle quadarant and bolted in place. Drilled 5 holes in the bracket that held it against the firewall. 3 pulled rivets and 2 screws hold it in place.

Next I used a punch to punch a hole in the firewall for the cable eyeball for the prop cable. Installed the eyeball and mounted the cable to the prop gov. This took forever trying to get the cable thru the bracket and getting the nuts on in such a tight place. I can see why some folks do all of this with the mount bolted to a wall and then putting the entire thing on at once.

Last I plugged all of the wires into the EXPBus for the LAST TIME! And installed the EFIS screen. Then for the moment of truth. Flipped on the master..... then the Avionics master.... yes... everything came alive like it was supposed to. Success!

Another big day. Snapped a shot of the sunset.
